How about the Bose CineMate 15 home cinema speaker system? Will the sound be comparable? I saw this at my friend's place, couldn't really test it cause his son was asleep. But he vouched for it and kinda brainwashed me into considering it.

Yes, no seal = warranty void. unless you can somehow manage to fight and get you replacement will be very hard. On the plus side, i have had OEM desktops before and noticed things start failing only after the warranty period. So goodluck keep your fingers crossed.
