How to Implement Multi-Moniter Setup

Here is the scenario

In a Stock Broker Office there are 45 PC and one of them would be kept in a Cabin which will act as a Server PC.

Each of the PC will have 3 LCD and out of that display of 2 LCD should come from the Server PC ie It shd display what is being displayed on the server display.

How can one implement such a scenario.Kindly lemme know about different solutions.

use a graphics card / vga card on each pc to allow sharing the display with 3 monitors.

use a vnc software on each pc to connect to the server via lan and share the output on two monitors.

although this isint the hardware solution you may have been hoping for i think it would work just fine.
