PC Peripherals Dell 22 inch Full HD or Benq Full HD with HDMI

I made a general query about S2209W and got this email from Dell :-

Dear Prafull,

This is a newly launched monitor; the price is
12000/- including taxes ,shipping & delivery. If you are interested with
this you can reply with the phone number so that I can get in touch with
you & discuss the same.



I am pretty sure if someone can arrange a GO then prices will be a lot cheaper. Where is Dinesh? :)
 
^^ with these kinds of prices, I am getting a little skeptical of quality. Do far there is no word on web about picture quality of new 22" monitors from Dell.
 
I don't know about the 22" but there are several reviews of the S2409W and all of them rave about it. So that's why I felt comfortable ordering it without even seeing an actual piece.

^^ very nice. But pics like these rarely show the subtleties of the screen. Still, very nice... not the monitor but your effort :D
 
Wait until he gets the monitor in his hands. Those could turn out to be nice's well. :p

But I hate those round stands with the curvy designs. :(
 
Yupppppp......... m sure about the pricing.. I got the quotation too.. I don know how come a 22inch monitor is available for 9.1 k.. It may be some promotional offer.. I also visited Croma Electri store @ Koromangla Bangalore.. and they said that this model S2209 was previously available with the dektops only .. its now only that they are selling separately..
I cheked out the model @ croma.. and compared with the SP2008WFP the former has this ordinary MATTE Finish screen... while The SPF series both SP2008WFP and SP2208WFp has a Glosy screen just like laptops and gives a better experience in viewing.. SO m going for DELL SP2208WFP priced at 16.5 K at SP Road Bangalore...

yes !!!!!!!!!! its worth spending /// u jus got to chk out the difference btwn the glossy panel nd the new S2209W panel (matte) .. u watch dvd s in the latter.. they literally crack ... but the SP2208WFP jus rock

the S2209W is an Ultrasharp ? Dont think so
