No there are not any GPU Specific Thermal Compound. Instead of applying the thermal poaste first better clean all the dust which the graphics card may have collected over the past 2 years

Black Edition AMD based Processors have unlocked multipliers, which facilitate easy Overclocking. At stock speeds E5200 is a better performer than AMD 7750 BE, but thats just in terms of processing power. If you dont want to OC, and wanna play games 7750+Asus M3A78-EMH HDMI (costs 5.5k)

Install additional fans to keep your CPU cool. An AMD 3000+ Processor can go upto 2.2~2.3Ghz on Stock and some 3rd party CPU Coolers. If you need to push it more, you need to shift to Water Cooling
