^did u take the pic or get it from online? y is it so pixellated? also HDR looks good only if u have a light source in the composition, like the sun,sky or light falling on an object...u cant HDR all and any pic

yeah I took this pic by canon A720 P&S.
I kept the details high in PS so that could be a reason the pic got pixelated. yeah I got the point I can't HDR on every pic

@ _pappu_ Set low shutter speed (like 8sec or more) and capture the traffic while riding in a bus or car or bike.

The place where parts of Raavan/Raavana were shot! And that jump Abhishek/Vikram does at the start of the movie. Nice! :D

Long time no pics from me. :)

@Touzeen - Good to see some activity from you. Your flickr link has a looong gap from July 2009 till date ! I used to visit your flickr link very often during that time to see it un updated. :(

Glad to see you taking photographs more often now.

@rravikantt - Nice shot !

@AK3D - Just loved that last shot ! The tones and lighting was amazing.

@soggy316 - Soggy enough of the dogs already ! Start shooting cats ! ;)

Here are some from my recent photowalk with MWS (Mumbai Weekend Photographers).

@BF1983: Great wide angle pics! Must resist urge to splurge on a wide angle lens so soon :(
I didn't find EXIF info in your images though, could you give details like lens, focal length used, shutter speed etc. Did you use tripod for the last one?

I went out to try traffic notes myself yesterday, here it is :)

The night awaits..

Those long exposure pics.. :O Simply awesome. Do we need a SLR to accomplish that or just any cam will do the trick ?
if u have a manual mode, i believe you can still do it.

some things that i found while playing around with this::

1. set exposure to -2 or so

2. try not to point at the road, with the street lights illuminating it, you get a horrible brown color in all your images

3. 8 sec. exposure worked best for me

4. when you want to start the picture, point to the brightest light, or look up at the streetlights above u, and click. This will set the exposure according to that light, and you will get a nice black background.
