I have a SGS2 bought from USA. Any idea when ICS update is coming to India ?
The latest AOKP builds are stable and uber smooth.do try them out

what do you mean by usb and working contacts?
by usb if you mean usb data transfer,then it works perfectly fine in AOKP.

I installed ics rom in that it didn't recognise the contacts in sim card & when i tried to connect phone to pc through usb, computer didn't recognise the phone & in phone we cannot select which mode we want like mass storage, kies.
So reverted back to 2.3.6.

Try Bhuvan Goyal's Blue Infinitum ROM. I've been using it for a few weeks now and I've finally lost the urge to flash a new ROM everyday. It's fantastic and he updates it regularly.
I've customized it slightly for my tastes but the base is simply incredible.
