Photoshop 7- Typing suggestions

Hi Friends, I need to prepare a restaurant menu showing therein the items and prices against each item. For this I have selected a jpg picture for background. While typing text in Photoshop 7 how can I set ‘Tabs’ like in Word 10., otherwise the alignment is out Thanks

For a menu and such things you'll be better off using either Illustrator or InDesign or CorelDraw. They are easier for text.

Use separate text box for each row or column. It should be easier to align then. You could also try using the indent margin values in the paragraph properties.
