Courier Service Feedback

Tracking Status showing "Attempted" is very common for me.
It happen for me now and then when ever I bought anything online.
Many times I told about this to ebay sellers but nouse...
 
FedEx Kolkata sucks!
A package from AmazonIN reached at 14th Oct at local Kolkata office but lazy FedEx did not deliver it yet.
Almost a week past.
 
i have seen courier-agencies/customer-services being very lax in Kolkata. had sent a parcel there myself recently. that also was delivered in its own sweet time. the socialism-communism hang-over still looms high over there i suppose. :grumpy: :sour:

Fedex Kolkata truly sucks.An item from Amazon was shipped on 29th Sep and it reached me today on 19th.what is the meaning of Fedex Priority Overnight if it takes 20 days.

Apart from that Blue Dart is quite crappy at times and they lie a bit too much."Delivery Attempted,Premises Closed" is their favourite excuse.
but whenever this happens I shoot a mail to Blue Dart threatening to go to the Consumer Court and they respond by sending the package in just 2 days.

DTDC is a bit better than the above two but Aramex is the best when it comes to prompt delivery and regular tracking updates.
 
Bluedart lost all the respect I had for them . Order 3 things from different places. Couple of them were kept at Bangalore airport warehouse for 5-6 days and then delivered to my place after another 2 days. Another item which was supposed to be shipped to my office, reached the nearest blue dart office on time. But For 4-5 days they kept updating the status in their iste as "wrong pincode", "wrong address" etc where as their office is like 200m from my office.

I ordered some stuff from another website with cash on Delivery. They shipped with a courier called "Delhivery". After about 4 days, I got a call from their delivery person asking me whether I'm available (this wa son Friday). I said yes and he can deliver it. Well, he finally came on Monday noon, I told him to come again in the evening if possible. He hung up without asking me what time. Then again he called me at 6.40 and I told him I'm on the way and he can wait or comeback in 15 mins or come the next day. After I reached home, I called him and he didn't even bother to answer. Next day I saw their status update as "rescheduled for next day delivery". But they never came the next day and later updated their status as rejected !!
 
Delhivery sucks donket b*lls.

Three consecutive orders delayed by 12-15 days. Two yet to be received. Parcel remains in hubs for 10 days at a stretch, and then another week at destination city before they ship it.
 
very disappointed with fedex it took them 2 weeks to deliver a "FedEx Priority Overnight" package Ghaziabad to Chennai and they had the thing sitting in their chennai wherehouse for a whole week before they decided to deliver it

Gati might be ok of big shipments but it makes no sense to use them for small ones they took 12 days deliver a package from jaipur to chennai and three different guys called me for directions during the same day fail to understand why three people are needed to deliver a small package ( mobile phone case ) they also had the thing sitting in their chennai office for five days
 
Stupids at local blue dart office updated 'Office closed due to holiday. Delivery on next business day' for a packets supposed to be delivered today.
I called their customer support and told them to get it delivered today only and I am in office.
The local office called me and delivered at 6pm.
The lazy delivery staff is spoiling everyone's fun.
Either the company is not able to encourage them or they are pampering them.
 
Just look at the blunder by Aramex. They did not deliver the item but still shows delivered in tracking! Their office is 300 meters from my residence. I'm going to deal with them tomorrow.

Bought few items from flipkart, they shipped through first flight,for past 5_6dayz item is at their bangalore godown (item was from flipkart bangalore)

For me it was the opposite.
It took 10 days for the product to reach me, and that was because they kept the product for 2-3 days at each transit point.
 
Nuvoex - Snapdeal reverse pickup.
Day 1 - The guy tells me he's on his way, and will be here in an hour, and then is not reachable till 6pm, when he finally answers the phone to tell me 'his bag was full so he didn't come over.'
Day 2 part 1 - The guy tells me he's coming over in half an hour, and then an hour and a half after, I call him, and he tells me that he didn't come over as he didn't have a receipt. Then he says he'll talk to his boss, and figure something out, and asks me to meet him at the nearest landmark. I drive there, and he hasn't worked anything out. He makes me speak to his boss, who tells me he'll send someone over by 10.30pm at night.
Day 2 part 2- No one comes over, but I get a call at 6pm from the courier saying that he's on his way. At 10.30 the status of the tracking is changed to customer not reachable.
Day 3 - 9am . - Snapdeal asks me to provide better directions, and an alternate phone no.
Day 3 - 9.45 am. - Got an SMS from the courier company saying the pick-up will be done today. I hope it is.[DOUBLEPOST=1415350481][/DOUBLEPOST]Day 3 - 12.30pm - called the courier, asked him if he's going to pick up the laptop today. He responds - 'wasn't it picked up already?' . He then says he'll arrange to have it picked up.
Day 3 - 2.05pm - the courier's deputy comes and picks up the laptop.

Now lets see how long it takes to get back to Snapdeal.

Item shipped at afternoon that day.
Got my item at afternoon 12th Nov.
Mumbai to Kolkata under 32 hours though item was very small,a MicroSD Card....

Same Here .Ordered a UE earphone on 11th Morning and it reached me via Fedex on 12th.Now bloody Blue dart still hasn't delivered two items shipped on 20 Oct!!!!!!!
Mailed them ,called them but to no avail.Seems like I have to give up hope on the items ever reaching me
 
BlueDart is competing to be the worst courier company I guess. Item reached their delivery centre (<1km from my house) today noon and status was shown out for delivery. Now they've updated it as delayed delivery. I won't personally use bluedart ever that's for sure.
