Nuvoex - Snapdeal reverse pickup.
Day 1 - The guy tells me he's on his way, and will be here in an hour, and then is not reachable till 6pm, when he finally answers the phone to tell me 'his bag was full so he didn't come over.'
Day 2 part 1 - The guy tells me he's coming over in half an hour, and then an hour and a half after, I call him, and he tells me that he didn't come over as he didn't have a receipt. Then he says he'll talk to his boss, and figure something out, and asks me to meet him at the nearest landmark. I drive there, and he hasn't worked anything out. He makes me speak to his boss, who tells me he'll send someone over by 10.30pm at night.
Day 2 part 2- No one comes over, but I get a call at 6pm from the courier saying that he's on his way. At 10.30 the status of the tracking is changed to customer not reachable.
Day 3 - 9am . - Snapdeal asks me to provide better directions, and an alternate phone no.
Day 3 - 9.45 am. - Got an SMS from the courier company saying the pick-up will be done today. I hope it is.[DOUBLEPOST=1415350481][/DOUBLEPOST]Day 3 - 12.30pm - called the courier, asked him if he's going to pick up the laptop today. He responds - 'wasn't it picked up already?' . He then says he'll arrange to have it picked up.
Day 3 - 2.05pm - the courier's deputy comes and picks up the laptop.
Now lets see how long it takes to get back to Snapdeal.
