What stuff to keep in a 'home medical-kit' ?

In one of my friends company they keep the medicines as listed above by you. plus they have sanitary pads, condoms, contraceptive pills, Burnol, A pair of small Scissors, White color cloth tape for warping over wounds, brown bandage 6 Inch x 3 Meters (approx), Knee Caps etc.
