it'll still ask you fro the address when you enter the cc details.

also there is a button "confirm address" on focalprice, if you click on it you can enter your shipping details there too.. the button is there on the shopping cart page

I havent got the tracking details yet as the product is not shipped yet, did get a order confirmation mail tho. Just hope the product is genuine:S

Mine too in the same status. But i am aware about their shipping time lines which can go uptil 1 month or even more so we need to be patient.

Actually there was credit card as well as paypal option available and with credit card it is difficult to credit back the amount, but with paypal you can always raise a dispute.

But i suppose we all have to keep patience, things should be fine soon. Sites like dealextreme and focalprice tend to be lethargic with orders.

And why the Hell is their customer care always offline :-[
