Reliance unlimited calls CDMA offer @ 50% off - MNP only

is it going to be all unlimited for gsm also including data? I was thinking of porting out from reliance gsm as their data speed is disgusting. Cant even open a single webpage. Play store doesnt open.....
 
How things are going to users of this plan? How much speed are they getting? Or reliance already started throttling speeds? Please mention location too where its being used.
