Was going through the Nehru Place thread and decided that Lamington also deserves to be up here :)

Did a bit of roaming around and asking for prices yesterday.. nd surprise surprise!! Prime gave me the lowest rates for all the stuff... :S:S

@Prime what i purchased

Transcend DDR2 667MHz 1024MB * 2 = Rs 2350/- (Thats 1175/stick :) )

VIP 500 watts Silver PSU = Rs 1750/-

@Prime What i asked

XFX 650i Ultra Motherboard = Rs 4850/-

VIP 500 watts Gold PSU = Rs 2800/-

Intel E2140 = Rs 26XX/-

Intel E2160 = Rs 34XX/-

Transcend DDR2 800MHz 1024MB = Rs 1600/-

ThermalRight HR07 (RAM Cooler) = Rs 11XX/-

Compresses Air Can = Rs 150/-

Enterage Server Cabinet (With Cheiftec fans 120 * 1 + 92 * 1) = Rs 34XX/-

^^Prolly fake fans but nice solid looking cabby

Logitech Cordless RumblePad 2 = Rs 2000/-

How if we divide this Sticky thread in to sub categories like Mother Board Price, Processor Price, RAM Price, Cabinet & PSU Price, Monitor Prices, HDD Price, Mouse & Keyboard prices etc. etc.

So no more EVERY DAY questions about what's price for RAM etc. etc. (as with subcategories it will be easy to find the last thread for Particular product with latest price) and than one thread load with tons of Different Question & Answers.

Nice move sTALKEr keep it up with help of other Regular Buyers (H/W vendors at TE) and window shoppers ! :hap2:
 
I bought a kingston 1gb ddr2 667 to pair with my existing 1gb kingston ram, just a few days back..I'd bought it for 1500/- from PnP.. Has the price of the kingston gone below 1.5k too?? :S

R u sure about tht price? TheItwares.com still quotes it at 2900/- :S
 
my friend got Seagate ST3250820SV - 250GB at Rs. 21xx

edit: on this monday, 1-10-07

edit2: theitwares says Rs. 850 for 512-DDR2, he got for Rs. 650 on monday

ITwares has some stuff expensive compared to Lamington sayin from PERSONAL EXPERIENCE*

are you sure about the 500gb seagate hdd price?
 
yup the prices for the wd500 are 5.5 5.6 k in delhi also , and bombay being the 1st place were its imported by many distri its got to be same or cheaper

I only wish companies like PRIME in Mumbai or SMC in Nehru Place Delhi would have a updated website- posting prices daily- a la Newegg- just take our payment & ship the stuff thru a reliable courrier- they could multiply their turnover X times within months. We (especially those living away from Mumbai/New Delhi )would get stuff at a good price- they would get their reasonable margins !!

This looks quite questionable.....can u plz confirm it (the shop name & contact nio) or better post a screenie of the bill if possble.99.99% sure price can be so low of a 250 GB below 2200 that is....many of us gt 250GB sata this week only for arnd 2700~2750.

Went to prime today to get some more 2*1GB Kingston RAM (DDR800).... for my rig

but it was out of stock :mad:

+1 ...it looks doubtfull from the whole list...Btw someone quoted wdd 500gb lowest price as 5.35k on forum so far from lamington...so soon it will hit the 5k mark and will be in my config....after almost a year my wish of buying a dream product for 5k will be fulfilled
 
i chekc at chennai all price at neog :(

so i got logitrch mx 518 mosue for 1350 :D

i ask for 8600 gt pice they said 7k xfx

and xfx 8800 gts 320 mb 16.5 k :mad:

but view sonic 22 lcd 13 k ;)
