Increase your budget little bit and get LG optimus one or Galaxy 3. I prefer Optimus.

increase ur budget by around 3k ..u will get htc wildfire..good looking smart phone

Well I would recommend getting the Zte blade from UK for about 8k or get the LG optimus one locally for 11.5k..

Stay away from low end samsungs. They aren't very well made..

is music and camera are a priority, then i would say look at non andriod phones. it doesnt make much of a sense to get a andriod phone if you want a very good camera. Music though will be almost par

If u thinking anything else in this price range. It will be a mistake. My younger brother is using a P500 and all I can say is this device is just awesome. First of all easy rooting, 2.3 mods works perfect and comes with all the above mentioned requirements.

samsung galaxy 5 or 3 ,both are better phones if in case you can increase your budget

try to o for samsung , i guess galaxy 5 is already in your budget as the new one comes for around 8k ..gor for galaxy 3 .its a nice phone ,check out the specs
