Something I haven't seen at these protests in the US is asking for the return of these five American hostages. You would think that would be an issue for them since these people

Couple of weeks ago something interesting happened at UNC Chapel Hill. The American flag flying in the main quad was lowered and a Palestinian flag was raised. UNC is a state uni so the cops got called in.
Protests starts off as antiwar, becomes anti Israel and then anti American. How did that last jump happen. What's going on here?

They held it up for an hour like that and the video went viral.

Israel is the largest US aircraft carrier which does not require American soldiers on board, cannot be sunk and is deployed in a most critical region sparing the US the need to manufacture, deploy and maintain a few more real aircraft carriers and additional ground divisions which would cost the US taxpayer some $15 billion a year annually.
The Americans have being laughing all the way to the bank for how long now? with their Israeli investment giving a 300% return

About my views for israel? Its an illegitimate child of European colonialism, a nation created my European to spread chaos and war in the middle east ,just the fact that a random person can convert to judaism and became native to palestine is enough to see how thin and stupid their arguments of modern jew or Israeli being native to the land is , If a person converts to Buddhism he doesn't became native to india and it doesn't grant him the right to relocate to india and kick native people out.
As for the whole terrorist argument, maybe read some history how Israel announced its freedom by terrorist attacks on the british and native palestinian ,IDF was formed with the merger of terrorist organisation like irgun and haganah,
Israels major political parties were former terrorist organisation
Israel is a country that is inherently evil,from supplying weapon during Rwandan genocide to supplying spyware to dictators around the world to supporting south africas apartheid ,they have no moral compass and superiority over anyone not even hamas
As for your argument about the intent that palestinian and their supporter only want one state ,Israel passed a law in parliament that they will never accept a two state solution, what will you say about it?
And what do you propose the palestinian should do? Sit around and enjoy being wiped out from their own land
