Hi guys, need a help badly. I am loosing my hair too much these days and if not done anything i will be skinhead soon :(:( . So happened to hear about Dr.batra's. Can anyone let me know how good is their treatment and also pls share ur ( or ur frenz's) experience...
I should tell u frnd, ure hairline is determined the micro second of ure conception, and no one can overcome the genetic map, embedded into ure life. Nothing works-- no homeopathy, allopathy only with severe side effects with use of hair growth hormones.
I have tried every thing past 30 years and done enough research to reach this conclusion, and come to rest with the belief that other people are not bothered with the quantum of your hair line, other parameters far out weigh the hairline(female gender included !).

Homoeopathy is a pseudoscience.

It is sad that people (especially in India) even consider using it.

All it does (if it does anything at all) is create a kind of placebo effect.

To people who dismiss what I've said,I will provide you links to several studies and the word of several PROPER scientists.

I'm not agree with others here as I have good success with Homeopathy -but not with hair problem.

If People here dont laugh:bleh: I can suggest something which might decrease hair fall and also start to grow new hair.
1) Oil massage your with lukewarm oil.
2)Take your garlic clove and cut it in half. By cutting it in half, you will be infusing the garlic clove.
3)Rub the halved clove of garlic on your hair or bald spots or places you are loosing much of yoru hair. You can also rub it over thinning areas of your scalp.
4) cover your hair with soft cloth dipped in luke warm water leave it for some time, and remove the cloth
5) Wash your hair with Mild natural shampoo the next day.
Do the above process every alternative day or 2 times in a week, every day when sleeping just massage your hair with your fingers mainly in the area you are loosing your hair, you will see hair to start growing again :)
Believe me this works. I see results from 30 days itself( Although I used it for preventing hair fall).

YOu can search about garlic treatment in internet. Only -ve side is your hair might smell a little but not to the extent that people will recognise.

1st Make sure you MUST have good bowel system.
2nd Use hair oil everyday.
3rd Use Keratex Hair Oil- the same oil was suggest me in 1996 by one Kerla Homeopathy Doctor but I didn't like it's smell & stop using after 1-2 days. In 2008 sever itching problem over scalp- undergone with 3 skin specialist ALL FAIL (waste of money & time). Apply same old bootle - Keratex hair oil- over scalp & from next morning itching stop up to 50%. From than still today using same also few other too using it with no complaint. You can too try it... but be sure about bowel system it should be healthy & no constipation AT ALL.

If tissue over scalp dead (hair growing tissue) than NO METHOD will work but it those tissues are in good or weak than you can see good result, it will arrest hair fall & will grow new hair too.

PS: This is what I experienced with Keratex & I don't guarantee in your case also I'm NO WAY associate with this Brand/product.

oh yes they are , i would love to go shaved head , in all my college life i was a clean head, its super awesome , less maintenance and girls like it as a bonus :D

i had this problem 2 -2.5 yrs ago :(

not that of scale that u sound but i started applying coconut oil daily and that to with a maalish from my dad :D
feels better ;)
+
if u are one of those people that takes tension a lot then do some yoga and also try the coconut water which will make the hair grow thick ( south people can conform that i think :/ )
as i have started applying it for good & strong looking hair :)

Errr..Didnt get it...whats the relation between the two?

If you were talking about stomach problems or acidity etc. then it was justifying.

Still explanation needed.

This comment is juvenile to say the least.

I hope you know what a placebo is and what they use it for.

It thrives on psychological behaviour.

As much as the effects are placebo... the symptoms of patients are sometimes dramatic too.. that is why there actually exists a placebo dose in even modern medicine.

just because it is not following the proper chemical conduct does not render it useless. This way, many things can be rendered useless...or rather unnecessary.

Placebos are used in controlled trials to find out the efficacy of a drug VERSUS a placebo. To see whether a drug has an effect which is clinically significant.

Can you please mention what those 'things' that would be rendered useless are?

If it thrives only on psychological behaviour,a patients mere will is enough. There is no need to spend money on garbage like homoeopathy.

rofl man:rofl:..its not homo-e-o-pathy, its homeopathy...try to spell it proper and then try respecting science even though if it didnt helped you or worst if you havent tried it ever.

By hearing to just 10 people no one can judge whether its good or bad completely. There are millions out there who have benefitted from it. But yes, it works for somebody and doesnt for other, but then its his personal thoughts what he thinks; as in my case it worked for the first halfand then it was going downsides and you need to be very patient in homeopathy or ayurveda.

Thanks. If you notice,my spelling, grammar and punctuation are a lot more precise than yours.

It IS homoeopathy in British English. Maybe you should check up your facts.

Homeopathy (pronunciation: Listeni/ˌhoʊmiˈɒpəθi/; also spelled homoeopathy or homœopathy) :from Wiki

Perhaps,debating you people is pointless.

religion / concept of god

love / concept of soulmate

cant think of more rightnow.

anyways... it was just a troll post..dnt take it seriously :p

Also, let me put up a few more lines from Wiki:

'Homeopathy (pronunciation: Listeni/ˌhoʊmiˈɒpəθi/; also spelled homoeopathy or homœopathy) is a form of alternative medicine in which practitioners treat patients using highly diluted preparations that are believed to cause healthy people to exhibit symptoms that are similar to those exhibited by the patient. ' The collective weight of scientific evidence has found homeopathy to be no more effective than a placebo.

As ronit was trying to correct my spelling,I just noticed:

Why is it that everyone supporting homoeopathy actually has pathetic grammar, spelling and punctuation?

Some correlation here.....
