We managed to strike a deal with a miner for 8 gpu's and 7 members have confirmed, only last piece left so if anyone want to join in this combined deal feel free to write here. The rig is in Bangalore so members from the city will get a preference (would prefer if you can help in examining the gpus).

P.S. Also if any member from Bangalore who is willing to help in examination of these gpus would be highly appreciated.

Ah.. im around Hoodi/Whitefield area.. thats like the opposite end of the city
But I could help with the testing if the seller is willing to meet up with me at my location.
By testing I mean I can try the cards in my PC to see if they boot up and run 5 min benchmarks if needed

I have 3080 turbo and i must tell you, turbo cards gets heated easily and throttles a lot. Plus if you are running the fan at 100% it becomes quite loud. You will need to undervolt it.

We are to visit the seller. I also stay close to you and electronic city is around 35km away.

Yeah but for the price its a good deal also this miner knows how to handle cards, they are in top notch condition unlike dusty cards we see

I thought the coolers on the 3000 seires were overkill just to keep the temperature under control, what temps do you hit? If it's hitting 105`C and throttling then that's not normal right?
Even the single fan cards I've come across never really "thermal throttled" just ran at slightly lower clocks at high(80) temps. My card(mined but repasted) runs at 69 under full load touching 70 at 50% fan speed.

If you're buying such a volume of cards then do keep in mind about how long the miner has mined since if he mined for anything close to a year then he has totally made his ROI and is probably trying to get as much money out of you as possible. Also you can make a point about the price we bought our cards at.(That's the reason I'm not publicising what I paid, cause only miners should sell it at that cost, other forum members and independent sellers should never meet that price)
