File sharing sites blocked by department of telecom!

Well, there is no PIO defined for internet. So TBH, really confused as to who to send.

As for the report, this is waht i plan to ask :

Certified photocopies of the order allowing Reliance Communications to block certain webites in the month of May.

Also, on receipt of information under this application, I intend to carry out actual inspection of records at your office. I may be permitted such inspection.

I may also be permitted to seek assistance of my relative/friend during inspection, as I am not fully conversant with the language in which your records are maintained.

Also, kindly include a free copy of citizen charter of your office.

Finally, for your kind information, I add that in addition to RTI Act 2005, I can proceed against public authority and its officers under The Consumer Protection Act 1986 as decided by National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi on 28-05-2009, in REVISION PETITION NO. 1975 OF 2005 in complaint filed by Dr. S. P. Thirumala Rao against Municipal Commissioner, Mysore City Municipal Corporation, Mysore.

DT blocked on BSNL/Cellone.

Update: dt is opening , but it has error on forums page.

"The requested URL /forums/ was not found on this server."

Okay, if you go to dt via clicking a link eg:in any page/google result, it opens to the forums page error. But, if you manually input dt.com on url address area it gives the blocked msg.

Opera turbo mode opens site Well. Damn censoring everywhere.
 
Same here. Never had any blockage issues with MTNL. I doubt they even know how to blacklist these sites.

Most of sites blocked when you are using default DNS of mtnl. But most of opens while using open DNS. Mtnl Mumbai user.
