Anyone who participated in the Diwali gift offer having trouble redeeming gifts? I keep getting an error saying that I am not eligible for the gift despite having entered the correct coupon codes while purchasing. When I contacted eBay through their live chat they told me that it is a known issue and that I should keep trying till 5-Dec. Sounds very irresponsible. Mails to them sent last week is not yet answered.

I think I paid on eBay.com using Indian CC earlier but one of my friends is saying that he's getting some error while paying "CC processed through Paypal".

Is it something that only certain bank CCs can be used?
