Increasing costs for GPRS packs

guys, whats USSD code to check data plan balance on aircel? Need to check it urgently for new recharge. Stupid CC cant even understand what i am asking.

I put a 3g pack and i dont get 3g speeds. Always stuck at "E". Called CC and the guy says sorry sir 3g not available in your area. I was like lol I am in a metro within the 3g circle and no 3g for my area. What do i do?

Airtel 3G license cancelled in Kolkata. You might be facing a similar problem with your operator and area.

now the 300 pack seems more sensible as it offers 6gb data with 3 months validity

Looks to be the best 2G plan of all telecom providers. Surprising to find it from bsnl which acts like white elephant and does not bother about competition. Shall port my Airtel sim to bsnl now. Recently ported docomo sim to aircel for better 2G plan and calling rates but they seem to be the worst telco i have used so far. Raised plan charges too, nullifying benefits.[DOUBLEPOST=1370171382][/DOUBLEPOST]What was the validity of 270 rs plan giving 10GB earlier and 5GB now?

Amid all the talk about increasing rates, i just received a special offer from vodafone on *121#, Rs 52, 30 Days, 1 GB 2G GPRS :) Yay!

I just did *121# on my vodafone prepaid number and all i get are..

555pe575
BC34TT20 (dont know what this is)
3G Trial Pack (Rs 49-500MB-7 days only :( )
SMS 4 (no idea what this is)
Extra benefit will b credited in 2 Hrs

No 1 month offer here :(

Any way that say i try tomorrow i would get some other offer ?

I don't know :( Maybe it varies from place to place.

Also, the offer showed a few days back, when I dialed *121# yesterday, the Rs 52 offer didnt show. But I still took a risk and recharged Rs 52 from PayTm. Thankfully after 3 hours a confirmation SMS came ( by then i already assumed i lost 52 rupees T_T )[DOUBLEPOST=1370635267][/DOUBLEPOST]You can SMS "MRP 52" to the toll free number 152, this will return what you will get if you recharge that amount. (SMSing MRP 222 will retrun an SMS saying "Full Talktime ..." )
