If you have an old PC, I would suggest pfsense.

There are some TP Link SOHO routers also.

I dont have one, and am thinking of upgrading the router but didnt find a worthty replacement would like a router than a 2nd hand laptop and set it up as a seedbox .

so unfortunately my router is not powering up, the adaptor seems to be working fine when checked with other router, should i opt for the n14u?
