Suggest me a router.

Well i will be taking a mtnl triband connection soon.
I would like to buy a wifi router.
I have a question whether all routers come with built in modems or i have to buy a modem separately.
Please suggest me a router/modem combo within 2.5k budget.

I have shortlisted a few.

Netgear Wireless-N 150 Router = 1.5k

Belkin Basic Router (N150) = 1.5k

Belkin Basic Modem Router (N150) = 2.2k

Netgear Wireless-N 150 Router With Modem =2.5k.

What is the difference between basic routers and routers with modem?

Any other router suggestion would also be helpful.
 
If you are getting the wired modem which is given by MTNL for free with some of their plans, then go with the ASUS RT N13, its available online for ~2.6k and in PrimeABGB for 2.9k.

Else go with a Belkin ADSL routers or ASUS DSL N10 which you will get for around ~ 2.3K.

Also if you are a heavy torrent user, its advised not to use the MTNL modem, buy a modem+router ADSL router.
