I'm looking for a flatmate to share (yes, again!) a 2 BHK apartment in Powai, Mumbai starting April 1st
The building - Sun Heights - is conveniently located just off Jogeshwari-Vikhroli Link Road - 7 minutes walk away from Kanjurmarg railway station, 10 minutes (by auto) away from Hirandani.
The room available has a double bed and a large wardrobe. The flat is located on the 12th floor and has a built up area of around 1000 sq ft. Furnishing includes an LCD TV, Washing machine, Refrigerator, stove and gas cylinder, dining table. The building also has a small gym. The rent is Rs 13,750 for the room, with brokerage and deposit (1 lakh) already paid for. Normal monthly expenses come to around Rs 1000 for electricity, Rs 1200 for the maid, Rs 1500 for internet/cable and the usual groceries. These would need to be shared equally.
I would prefer a roommate who is a non smoker.
