Does this work with a 400w psu.. and i want to know if it will be compatible with my m/b. i need to check my motherboard model though. I need a graphic card to watch HD movies properly

@ barbaric --> power requirement of this card is v. less. It pulls up power from the PCI slot and doesn't require extra connector so I'd say, 400 watt is sufficient
