Less than 10K Your thoughts on Lava Iris 402

Hey guys,
I've been recently going thru some cellphones online in the 5-10K budget range, and I came across this set:

Do you guys think I should buy it? I need an Android phone anyway, so I think this would be good for me.

Avoid. 256MB RAM will be practically unusable. Get the Lava Iris 405 ~ 6k instead. Comes with 512MB which should bare minimum these days.

Okayyyy...any other model other than the Iris 405 you can recommend? I'm not particular about the brand, but I want good service and decent features.

When Branded company makes customer runs from door to door (in case of hardware issue) for service, what to expect from Chinese Re-branded.
Any software issue may cover up by any local mobile repair shop too, but actual pain starts when hardware fails.

I think you should go with Samsung Galaxy S Duos S7562, I am to using this phone and it is a prefect phone with its price and with its features it is a smartphone with the latest version of Android 4.2 Jelly Bean this phone has all features like dual sim phone and primary camera of MP with flash and secondary VGA camera ,so that you can do video calls too with this cell, you can also use WiFi and 3G in this cell, so i would like to suggest you drop the ideas of other phone and go with Samsung Galaxy S Duos you will satisfy with this phone as i am.Hope this answer your query.
