Xbox 360 Arcade price cut in Dec/Jan ?

hey guys i read somewhere, anip the guy from consoul.in saying that theres gonna be a price cut on the arcades in dec/jan..does anyone have an idea about this?
 
I think there is one price cut mate.....my dealer friend told me that Arcade was gonna get to 14k,but i am not sure about the current pricing of the same.
 
dude......current price is 16990. and i dont see price going to 14k retail price for end customer........

as if now xbox dont plan to slash any rates in this month..as if knowledge is concerned.
