www.eset.com not working

Is anybody facing similar problem? eset or nod32 homepage is not accessible.
i'm getting The page cannot be displayed error.
let me know its urgent coz m unable to update my antivirus.

@ ronit's ----> you on Airtel DSL ? If yes and if you've tried normal procedures like clearing cache, cookies and DNS etc, then call call center, ask the agent to transfer your call to L2 (TAC).....then ask the L2 guy to coordinate with NOC and add specific static router towards their aggregation switch for eset.com

I know, cos I worked with Airtel NOC

You should get "TTL expired in transit" on 1st or 2nd hop when you try to trace eset.com...if yes, this above case is true

If no, there's some other problem

thx but its not opening here n even my antivirus says SERVER NOT FOUND when i try to update.

m able to access it via Bypass That Anonymous Proxy to Unblock Websites (proxy bouncer) bt i have no proxy, its a home pc.

hi all.
eset.com is opening fine here @ reliance wimax so the site is not down, so it could be related to u airtel guys only or maybe ur ip is blacklisted by eset.com for using a pirated version of the av and that u are unable to open the site....but my best suggestion would be, run a tracert on it and post the results here for further help...

I can not open any antiviruse site.It seems like some new viruse..

format ur pc put a clean os and good antivirus.

u can also try installing Avast and schedule a boot scan.
