WTB : Decent SMPS

A frnd in Hyderabad wants a good SMPS as he is willing to go for the new 5 series but he is kinda tight on the budget. Looking for something in the range or 2k to 3k shipped, that has got about 30A in +12v and more than 400w.

Anyone any offers.

P.S. If the seller has a ATI 48xx series card, a bundle can be considered
