Usage is for enterprise level application development (No cad/graphics). Visual Studio 2012, Java.
Huge projects 150k+ lines of code.
Decent CPU
Multi-Monitor Support (Atleast 2)
Need Fast SSD (Will buy later)
Min 8gbRam (Prefer 16gb RAM)
Casual Gaming
Nvdia does not support more than 1 monitor unless SLI so AMD/ATI is the only option I guess.
I have been researching for a while now and it seems there are only two options -
Dell 15r Turbo - 70K
Remove the original Hard Disk and install an SSD (No extra slot)
With 3 year ADP
Dell Precision m6700 - 127K
CPU - i7 3740qm
Graphics - AMD Firepro M6000
RAM - 16GB 1600 (can go upto 32)
Hard disk - 320 GB 7200 RPM
Windows 7 Ultimate
3 year ADP
9 Cell battery
Dell precision has a very solid architecture and lot of upgrade options but very expensive. Anyone has any idea about any alternative suggestions?
