Why we don't have anonymous Indian forums/image boards?

Like 4chan?
Probably because most posters don't have net etiquette. Half of them will post in hinglish, some will trade insults, some will spam and some will post porn. People obeying rules will be in minority.
 
Well, I want to know why there are no India sites like reddit or 4chan exists...

No, not like that. Its like TE with anon users. No email address linking or anything that can trace back to users. Like reddit.

reddit is not at all anonymous. They save your comments and info forever, even if you delete it. And you have not control over it. They might be in cahoots with NSA and the likes.

I would rather prefer a website similar to wikileaks with more anonymity.

By the way, Indians many not use it in a mature way.
 
Just look at the comments posted on sites like indiatimes, Facebook, twitter, blogs etc. Even with their ids in full view, people post without any reservations. No need of anonymous forums. For these guys whole of internet is anonymous since they hide behind keyboards.
 
There are some, you just have to go deeper in the internet.
Dont ask me which ones cause I am yet to see one, only heard about a few.

^ This is why :) Anonymity granted by internet itself, no need for anonymous forums -- if you get caught posting some nasty stuff on FB or indiatimes -- you can always claim constitution, fundamental rights etc.
