Audio Where and how to RMA Soundmagic dead E30 (after usign 1.5 months)

Sadly, my E30 died yesterday only after using for one and half months. Problem is: no sound coming off my the right earbud.
I'm located in Kolkata.
If anybody knows the RMA procedure & the location of their office (or service center etc) Please let me know.
 
Who is the distributor mentioned (on the box) and where did you purchase the piece from?

As far as I know, Acro Engineering is responsible for them.

And I've purchased from HS18.

Contact Acro Engineering directly, as Homeshop 18 cannot help you with the product (outside the 30 day replacement period).

And being a retailer they cannot be held responsible for warranty of the product.
 
Update: Today, I've submitted E30 to Acro Engineering, Kolkata. They have told me that I'll get replacement, and as it was not in stock with them at that time, I'll get it after the puja session is over (ie.e after 10 days). And they will call me when the replacement is ready.

As of now, I'm satisfied. :)
 
Update: They have asked me to contact them after Durga puja, and when I contacted them, they have said it is ready. Got new E30 from them.
Good RMA experience.
