What Should I Have To Buy from Dubai ??

Guys,

I have planned a trip to Dubai in january, Right now there is a shopping festival.

Which items should i have to buy and from where in dubai ?

I am interested in buying 2.1 Speakers for Desktop, want to replace Sony T7 Camera, Wrist Watches.

Any other computer stuff ?

you should buy the rare, expensive and brandnew stuff from dubai

what sort of 2.1 speakers will you get there that you wont get here for about the same price?

i would buy stuff like the 8800,80gb ipod,dslite,ps3,wii etc
 
My pop recently picked up a Dell XPS1210 laptop from there for me. It came to around 60k which is considerably cheaper than the Indian price. You can find the config in my earlier thread about the same.

I have also heared that mobiles are cheaper in Dubai. Got a w810i from 12.5k.

The same configuration came to around 72k when I configured it on dell.co.in

This is excluding the tax.

The only drawback of getting it there is,

1) The keyboard is english/arabic. The laptop I am currently using also has an eng/arabic keyboard and I have never had any issues. (other than the \ not being printed on the keyboard)

2) I am not sure how well the international warranty of 1 year is going to work out.

You said "what should I have to buy".

Have indicates a compulsion.

You are under no compulsion to do anything. It is not like we are going to beat you up if you don't buy something.
