Although when slow tracks comes up, i skip.

thats a gym playlist, which actually takes 1.5hrs

running playlist is a subset of it, with uptempo trance / progressive rock/pop. the uptempo-ism acts like a creatin thereby increasing the energy to run that extra distance.

use minilyrics player..it will give you lyrics as you listen to song..

for me it is whatever the gym plays, since i do not go for cardio and having those earphones hanging will be cumbersome with the sweat.

its linkin park which i like the most during workouts. :)
