heyyy guysss i want to buy a SMARTPHONE....my BUDGET is around Rs.7000-10000/-........and requirements are as follows :-

1) Display : 2.5 - 3.0 inches(touchscreen).

2) Connectivity : 3G, GPS ,Wi-fi , bluetooth.

3) OS : Android OS.

4) Keypad : QWERTY (optional).

5) Speaker : Loud and clear.

6) Camera : 2-3 Megapixels.

7) Audio & video : Good qualityyy.

8) Multitouch : Optional.

Micromax is not a brand for me...:bleh:

taking LG in consideration...

also heard alot abt samsung galaxy pro...any reviews on that?

I bought galaxy pro @ 5999 from lets buy and my wife using it. screen Is small but clear. touch and type both are great. battery last for 1 and half day as she s not using much net on phone. consider if u do chatting sms more..

Then you can also consider lg optimus one. It has more ram. But i feel samsung makes better phones than lg. But ram matters a lot for apps. So check what matters more. QWERTY or RAM.

then you can try samsung fit,pop etc.

Dont go in for Spice, micromax it takes the smart out of the smartphone (IMO)

I am using Optimus One for the last 9months and its a real value for money one, I got it for 12,500 in Jan first week and GB update was available 3weeks back. I would suggest you to wait for the next Optimus namely the Hub (initially Net was supposed to be the successor) as it has a slightly faster CPU, 200Mhz more than O1, 3.5inch screen and a 5MP camera..

got a samsung galaxy pro for my friend from letsbuy for 7.5k when it is still available. First thing i noticed that it was very light. the spacing was good and easy for texting.

If u want a QWERTY handset, go for the Galaxy pro.

If u are more keen on the camera quality, go for Micromax A70.

If want better audio and video get the LG Optimus one.
