First download and Unrar the BIOS files and save them to your hard disk. Install the @BIOS utility from Gigabyte and update the bios from file. Its painless. I use it myself.
Well, I have used @BIOS twice since I bought the new hardware about 10-12 days back and it worked perfectly both times. Maybe I just got lucky..........
