virus VBS:solow

I have windows XP professional. It is affected by VBS:solow and whenever i try to open any drive it shows following message
Loading Script "D:\.DGT_reg32.dll.vbs" failed
and also virus message by Avast E:\.MGT_reg32.dll.vbs
My pc is not connected to internet.

How to fix it as i cant open any drive...Do reply soon.thks
 
this virus is copied from removable usb drives.

use this program to remove the virus from the usb or removable disk

for ur comp:

Disable system restore (temporarily till the virus is removed)

boot in safe mode and do a full comp av scan. also remember to update ur av software regularly. :)

it also makes some registry entries.

go to symantecs site and follow the instructions here (#4) to remove reg entries
