I have a airtel combo connection.
So i am trying to connect a 1 modem, 1 cordless landline, and 1 wired landline phone on the line.

I thought this connection in diagram would work, but both landlines wont work when connected as follows.
Is this supposed to work or am i missing something. Please help me get it work.

You don't need the 2nd ADSL splitter to split the connection for the phone lines. Simply use a junction box.

^ Yes what you linked to is perfectly fine.

I was referring to the old style junction box where you just screw in the wires of both phone lines to the same set of terminals. This is useful in case you have long runs of plain wire without RJ11 connectors.

An ADSL splitter won't work because it separates out low frequencies (phone), and high frequencies (modem).. so one of your phones is connected to the high frequency band, and cannot operate on it.
