Windows or android os will be preferd
budget ----------------15k to 16k

Someone was selling Legend for 16K.. but I suppose it is already sold.
At 16K budget, you should get lot of offers I suppose.
Even I am looking for an android device, but my budget is far lesser :ashamed:
