Urgent Help PLZ!! New Connection

SO i have just moved to Patiala, Punjab and i need an internet connection. So here are my questions :-

1. Which Data card to go for ?
2. 4 operators bagged the spectrum for Punjab :- Relaince, Aircel, TATA and Idea, don't know which one's have started operations as of yet, once again which would be a better investment ?
3. Which plan to go for ?
Ned to buy ASAP, within 1 or 2 days, plz suggest and recommend !!

2> Just check which operator provides good range in your area and then choose one from them.

3> Choose the plan that best suits you
