Upgrading PC, need help on selecting stuff and shop

Any suggestions?
Dont build an AMD based rig... coz AMD processors are going to get EOL'ed soon... And its always better to buy whats best right now... And within 25k you can build a pretty decent rig... If you want to build an AMD based rig only then wait for bulldozer processors else build a Sandybridge based rig...

How much of an increase would the bulldozer series be compared to the phenom II x4 BE?

Plus, I don't think switching from a e7500 to a core i3 2100 would make a huge difference in gaming.

Are there any shops in NP which would buy old parts?

Still no official reviews. But rumors suggest it would be significant.

It performs some 40 to 50% better overall than E7500

The HD6850 is 1.4k more in Nehru Place :(
With my current setup I can't play anything fine at 1280x720(thats 720p afaik)
Plus a monitor upgrade is gonna come in like 8 months so I need a bit of overkill :)
I'm not Anti ATI/AMD its just that my previous ATI cards didn't work well because of their drivers.
I bought Sapphire HD6850 for 9350 from computer empire one week back and they were selling sapphire HD5770 for 6700
