CPU - Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor E6300(2M Cache, 1.86 GHz, 1066 MHz FSB)
Motherboard - Intel® Desktop Board DG965RY
RAM - 1X1GB DDR2 667MHz + 1X2GB DDR2 800MHz (Not very sure of the company. Must be Kingston / Transcend)
SMPS - Zebronics 400W
Sound Card - Creative Sound Blaster 5.1
Q: Which hardware will you be keeping
I plan to retain all the hardware components. If you feel that the PSU and RAM needs to be upgraded, please suggest so. Will keep the extras as back-up.
Q: Which hardware component are you looking to buy
GPU - GT240 DDR2 512MB / 1GB
PSU - Any 450 ~ 500W PSU should do fine I guess.
RAM - Corsair 2X2GB DDR2 800MHz
HDD - 2X1TB WD Green 7200 RPM
TV Tuner Card - Pinnacle / Hauppuage
HTPC Keyboard / Mouse - Lenovo Multimedia Remote with keyboard N5901
Case - Planning to make one myself. Anyways, please suggest one, just to see if all of this comes within budget.

Full HD resolution for a Sony 40EX720.
