Graphic Cards Upgrade advice... Urgent

My friend has a three year old pc and wants to upgrade
His goal is to be able to play games mainly UT 2007.

he Asus M2Amx 650i main board and a Athlon 64 3200+ procie.

He wants to buy a graphics card to be able achieve the same.

so guys help him. What to get in order not to bottleneck. Is it possible to play using the above procie.

Max budget is 6k. So guys helppp!

Also do these cards have dual outputs as he has a spare monitor he would like to connect.

Also to make it simple looking for a card that will not bottleneck the cpu & allows me to play games like UT on a 17" monitor.

A64@2.4GHz + 1900xtx (my old rig) + 2GB RAM could max UT3 out at 12x10 with no AA and get a decently playable experience. All he needs is 2GB RAM + good OC + a low end graphic card.

He can get a second hand Radeon X1900 card or Geforce 7900GTO/GTX or a brand new 9600GSO.

I would suggest a cheap rebuild though.

E2160(E5200)+G31(EP31)+2GB RAM+9600GSO=10k
Selling the old hardware should fetch around 4k, so spending 6-7k gives him a great gaming experience in UT3.
