University dilemma

Well guys.. In a bit of dilemma for choosing the university in regards to my post graduate studies.. I've applied for my masters course in UK

These are the few universities i've short listed(though i've got offers from many more, these are the best as per my counselor)

1. King's college London (M.Sc Mechatronics)
2. Ustinov college, Durham. (M.Sc Design Manufacturing and Management)
3. De Mont fort University, Leicestershire (M.Sc Mechatronics)

well.. the problem is, she (My counselor) says that Durham is ranked better than KCL.. but it doesn't have the course i want i.e. Mechatronics.. the course it offers too is good though.. but she is insisting me to go to Durham..

So should i give preference to the college or the course it offers?? :huh:

Any inputs are highly appreciated..

Sorry to be saying this, but most counselors are invariably consellors.

I would suggest that you head over to Edulix and post your queries over there. The crowd there will be a lot more in sync with your queries.

Been there done that. I wouldn't suggest you to study in the UK. Period.

well there isnt much info about U.K uni over edulix it more of US centric forum, from general ranking criteria KCL would be a much better choice if expenses is not a concern and dont go by the advice of the conseller they will recommend the uni which will pay them more
