The outlet of the RO (if you do not want RO then do not connect the RO membranes) is pumped into a pressure tank. The pressure tank has an inflated rubber balloon into which water is pumped. As the water is pumped the balloon is compressed and under pressure. The outlet of the pressure tank is connected to a faucet in the sink. When you open the faucet the compressed air in the balloon pushes the water out. When the air pressure in the balloon falls below a certain level the pump starts and pumps water into the pressure tank.

Amazon is full of misleading product titles and images.

The one you've linked doesn't seem to have a booster pump and therefore, it cannot be installed under the sink. And the price is way too low to have a pump included anyway.

or It just flow through water pressure?

Yes, through inlet water pressure.

The above link I posted said there is no RO and I guess the pump mechanism still applies to the product?
That does not have the pressure switch and pressure tank. I think without the motor the water will not flow through the filters. It must be having the motor. But this listing is very misleading.

Try contacting https://ozeanro.com. Call their customer care and ask them to suggest as setup for your requirements. They will sell individual parts. You can then cross check with any local RO technician.
