It is sparingly used, 11 months used and has 1 month international warranty left but i am not too sure. My Uncle had given it to me in jan now i am not sure about the warranty factor to be honest. So consider no warranty, it has given me no troubles. Reason for sale i am need the money for my rig. Which is lacking a lcd moniter so i need cash. asap
 
^^ HCL is the sole sales and service provider for Toshiba laptops. So, u cud take the lappy (should it require) to any of HCL dealers (for repairs n servicing).
