Eat Oranges

I've sworn by them in much colder climates than here. But read some time back there's no evidence that vitamin C helps whatsoever :(

My bet's on the allergy theory.

Have a cold water bath..

No seriously.. am not joking.. The best way to tackle cold is by acclimatizing ur body to it. This is a proven fact..

Of course, if it's an allergy, then that wont help as much..

Adding to above, If at all you get sneezing once, it will continue for a long time?

Also These sneezing are due to running nose ?

I think these are the symptoms of Sinus. Try reaching to Homeopathy doc, They are known for curing this with out a surgery :) ..

Hope I am not scaring you...:hap2:
Initially i thought it was SInus problem, got scanning done and found that there was no deviated septum or deviated nasal bones.

But after going through some posts here , i feel like much of allergy.

Same issue out here as well. This is perhaps my biggest issue since last 6 years now. I usually sneeze after taking hot water bath in the morning. Also in extreme conditions, I catch cold for a whole day and I'm screwed. Running nose and irritation in my eyes renders me useless for any work. I visited a lot of doctors and as usual their advice is to avoid dusty locations. Now how in the blue hell do I do that? :S

I'd suggest wearing a good jacket at work. I have same problem at work. It has a centralised A/C system and gets way too cold in the last few hours of work. My body isn't resistant to cold at all. Probably have to use my Levis winter jacket now.
