I have set a call image which is displayed when any call comes. It is like a common image for all incoming calls. How do i revert this so only contact pics are displayed for whom i hav assigned a pic?

Settings>> Personal >> Themes>> Call Image>> None.

Guys i may plan to buy an additional battery for my 5230 but dont want to spend a fortune on the original ones. What options do i have ? Safe to order those batteries from dealextreme/focalprice ??

Options are

About the data cable, it says it will charge the phones WHICH SUPPORT USB CHARGING, but i dont think Nokia 5230 supports USB charging.

I use a CA-101 with my 5233 only , but it doesn't support USB charging , works with my mom's n97 mini though , i guess because its charging point is micro USB only .

Is it just me or this SPB mobile shell application is sucking the battery of my 5230. I had thought that it is my battery at fault but it seems that this app is causing it to drain faster. Whatever...cant help it.

Also my phone memory now stands at 19.4 MB :O

How do i regain my space on C: ? Isn't this phone supposed to have like 70MB of memory, if yes then where is remaining ??

Is there any app which will clearly show what all files are occupying my space in C: primarily ? I am sure that whenever i install anything on my memory card, it still eats some phone memory too. But if is down by like 40MB or so then i need to think where my lost space is.

When i last backed up my phone memory using nokia PC suite it made a 48 MB file

Is there any keyboard replacement app for the 5230 ? I mostly use my phone in portrait mode and when messaging i am not comfortable with the QWERTY layout primarily because we dont have T9 there. But i guess there are some replacement apps available which have QWERTY IN portrait mode along with T9 support. I have tried the DasurIT one but i dont like it. Anything else available ?

Yes SPB shell surely is a battery eater i.e I uninstalled it and started using the orange tsunami homescreen theme.

Manu and LostIt, since morning i am also checking out the orange Tsunami thing on dailymobilese. Guys please let us all know how to install it and how it homescreen looks. Screenshots will be even more appreciated.

But to be honest, i really like this SPB mobile shell app and has made my phone navigation too simple :)

Finished setting up Tsunami homescreen :

SPB is nice , but it drains too much battery life and RAM for my liking . This totally integrates into the homescreen and from what ive read , battery life is unaffected . Installation is very simple , just download the theme of your choice from the link in Post #1 and install it , then goto settings >> personal >> home screen >> theme and select it .

Oh so i just download and then select it as any normal theme right? But the wallpaper will have to change right ? I mean is there any possibility to have a custom wall paper with theme ? I guess yes. Also can we change the pointers on home screen ? Like deleting the shortcuts that are not needed and adding the ones we need ??

Yes , but this will be under Home Screen themes , you still have to select a phone wide theme which will decide how the menu , clock etc looks . Wallpaper etc can be normally changed . and yes you can add / delete widgets , thats what the arrow is for .

i m also using that but i notice a little lagging at the home screen...........also how to check ram usage ?
