touzeen bhai ... 1080p plays super smooth.. so im sure it will handle everything else with ease --- emails and tally also works great.. was using a old atom pc with 2gb ram earlier so this is a big jump
totally recommend it if you're looking for a fanless sff build for basic use + basic htpc ... will handle it no problem

@ tommy - bro it was 657 at fk .. i had a 300 rs redmi 1s coupon from the billion day sale so it worked out just 357 for me..
its good quality and worth the price as a basic kit for round the house / pc use.. removed my psu screw's with no effort -

@touzeen and @toxicdrift
I have been using the same NUC with Kingston DDR3L and WD Blue HDD for the past 4-5 months.
And as toxic said HD plays just fine, mails and Tally are fine. Just remember that once you open multiple applications at the same time, it takes a hit.
Also multiple tabs more than 8-9 on Chrome/FF, It slows down. Opening a Youtube HD and tabs pushes you down.
I got the NUC at 9k odd and the full rig is just over 20k is ok with me for the purpose and it is a spacesaver when mounted on VESA. Using it on BenQ old 22'' Display.
Installing Win 7 64bit was a PITA with New set of drivers and BIOS Updates needed.

Toxic, the DELL one is not VESA compatible FYI. Do post the damages on your latest haul.

ya the dell doesn't have vesa mount..but that wasn't a deal breaker for me as i was using a cooler master elite 100 earlier so this is way smaller ...
the benq only had vga input and the NUC has hdmi i thought id rather upgrade the monitor aswell..

id recomend u trying windows 8.1 as it works better with lower spec machines.. you are also using 4gb ddr3?

INTEL Nuc + 4GB DDR3L - 11800 (eBay)
Seagate Momentus 500 GB - 3125 (flipkart)
Dell S2240L 21.5 inch LED Backlit - 8788 (flipkart - it was for 8.2 at amazon but i needed quicker delivery)
Logitech MK220 Wireless Keyboard + Mouse - 1039 (amazon)
TOTAL - 23675 Rs

Yeah...but my father likes using Win 7 and he somewhat dislikes Win 8 ( He luvs it on his Win Phones) Anyways will try loading Win 8 over the weekend.
My BenQ has both DVI and VGA. So hooked up using a DVI to HDMI cable and its working fine. I am using 4GB DDR3L.
Will try to Show off all rigs once items of my Diwali purchase piles up. Flipkart first or not I am always on the wrong side at the end of the day.

Thanks. The battery life on the Turbo sounds brilliant. But after 2 years of unwanted Samsung apps and delayed OS updates, I committed to a Nexus device this time.

That's what's good about buying a Motorola device these days. Barely any manufacturer bloatware and whatever they add is very intuitive and useful. I might get a Nexus 6 sooner or later as well. Right now am very interested in the Lenovo Vibe Z2 Pro. Only trouble for me is that 32GB memory just ain't enough and that limits my choices.
