You know any place where piston fillers can be purchased.
Piston fillers are usually reserved by high end brands.
The piston Fillers i have have is a Lamy 2000 and this Pelikan M200.
There is a Camlin pen which is a piston filler "Camlin Sleek".
Gem Co. makes a few piston fillers but availability is based on stocks available.
A good Piston filler would be a TWSBI 580. Its available for 5500 online.

Samsung India gives 30~40% off "MRP" depending on category of items. Same as Sony India. :)

Also Philips India.

But I have seen them on some normal Parker ink pens.

^ For cheap Piston filler you can buy one from ASA pens (I have Oliver Demonstrator Piston set for kicks)

http://asapens.in/eshop/

Trusted seller and the cost doesn't break your back. If you want a premium pen then like @touzeen said you can get a TWSBI. I am looking forward for a TWSBI Vac 700 but it is cheaper if you can get one from US. TWSBI are selling here for almost double the price.
