Telemetry Usage/Hacker?

CatchIt

Recruit
Hello guys, I think I was hacked by my neighbor, but I am not very tech savvy. Can someone please tell me if this is a normal part of windows? I saw this in my event viewer a while back a couple of months back, this telemetry Tenant P-Ariah. I just want to be sure what is it, or could be.

Sorry if I am asking an ignorant question but I just truly do not know. Thank you in advance!!

Are both of you logged into same wifi or LAN ? If you are connected by wifi then change the password to a more secure one.
I was connected to by LAN/Ethernet. But my question is, the image I provided, is this standard windows usage or does it mean someone connected to my system as well. Thank you in advance.

Windows has built-in telemetry and diagnostics which are collected and sent to their Azure servers these are codenamed ARIA as far as I know.
You cannot disable telemetry without fiddling with the registry or GPO. No choice for Home/Pro SKUs. Enterprise and Education SKUs can disable them via GPOs.
